Terms and Conditions

Last updated January 1, 2026

1. Our Service

WeightFall provides private, digital weight-management consultations and GLP-1 therapy. All consultations are conducted via video or telephone. We do not provide in-person care and are not an emergency or NHS service. If you experience urgent health issues, you must contact your GP, NHS 111, or attend A&E immediately.

2. Your Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical, mental health, and social information to the best of their knowledge. You must promptly inform WeightFall of any changes to your health status, medications, or circumstances. Attendance at scheduled consultations and adherence to clinician advice is essential for safe and effective treatment.
3. Assessments & Prescriptions
Before initiating GLP-1 therapy, patients undergo a structured clinical assessment. Additional investigations may be requested if clinically indicated. Prescriptions are only issued if eligibility criteria are met and informed consent is provided, which will be documented in your digital patient record.
4. Payment & Refunds
Patients pay for the GLP-1 medication they wish to purchase. Consultation costs are included in the service and are not charged separately. If a patient is deemed ineligible by a clinician after assessment, a full refund for the medication will be issued. Refunds are processed promptly once eligibility is confirmed.
5. Treatment & Monitoring
Patients receive guidance on medication use, lifestyle interventions, and monitoring requirements. Regular follow-ups track progress, side effects, and adherence. In the event of serious side effects or red-flag symptoms, therapy will be suspended, and patients are advised to contact their GP or emergency services. WeightFall provides guidance but does not deliver hospital-level care.
6. Privacy & Data
WeightFall complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal and clinical information is stored securely and used solely for the provision of care. Information may be shared with pharmacies or other healthcare professionals if clinically necessary or required by law.
7. Complaints
Patients may raise concerns or complaints via email at complaints@weightfall.co.uk. All complaints are addressed promptly, fairly, and in line with WeightFall’s clinical governance procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, educational content, and assessments provided by WeightFall are the company’s intellectual property. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
9. Updates & Legal
WeightFall may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Services are offered only within the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Patient Agreement

  • I understand the scope of digital consultations and my responsibilities.
  • I consent to the collection and use of my personal and clinical information as outlined.
