The Challenge

Hypertension is often called the silent killer — and excess weight is its most common driver

High blood pressure usually has no symptoms — until serious damage occurs

Most people with hypertension feel completely well. The damage — to arteries, heart, kidneys, and brain — accumulates silently. This is why addressing modifiable causes like excess weight matters urgently.

Weight and blood pressure are locked in a reinforcing cycle

Excess weight increases blood volume and arterial pressure. High blood pressure is associated with hormonal changes that promote further weight gain. GLP-1 medicated weight management addresses both mechanisms simultaneously.

Long waits can delay progress

When weight is affecting your health, waiting months for support can feel frustrating. WeightFall gives you faster access to clinician-led weight management, starting with a review within 1 working day

Is this a medical treatment for high blood pressure?
No. WeightFall provides clinician-led medicated weight management. It does not treat hypertension. Some patients see blood pressure improvements — but this is not guaranteed.
No — individual results vary significantly. No specific blood pressure or health outcome is guaranteed.
Yes. Your clinician reviews your current medication as part of the assessment. GLP-1 medication can often be safely combined with antihypertensives — your clinician manages interactions.
We cannot make this claim. Some patients have reduced medication under GP supervision as their health improved — but this is not guaranteed and is entirely your GP’s decision.
Every 3 weeks your GLP-1 specialist clinician reviews your progress, weight, blood pressure readings (if shared), side effects, and plan. Adjusted as needed. Fully online.
Not without consent. We recommend informing your GP and can share progress summaries with your permission.
If a clinician determines treatment isn’t appropriate, your payment for that order is refunded. You won’t be charged for treatment you can’t receive.
First treatment dose, clinical assessment review, clinician sign-off, and first 3-weekly check-in. Prices vary by treatment type and dose — full breakdown before any commitment.
No. Treatment is reviewed continuously. Your clinician will guide you on tapering if you choose to stop.
Some patients see blood pressure changes within 4–8 weeks of starting the programme. Meaningful changes typically require 3–6 months of sustained weight loss. Individual results vary.
Comorbidities are commonly managed together. Your full health profile is assessed before treatment begins and your programme is designed accordingly.
Yes. You don’t need a GP referral. Our UK-registered clinicians assess your suitability independently based on your health history, BMI, and relevant conditions.
